The foundation of the company was laid in the year 2008 by IL Jung and his brother Paul. Started with literally no monetary means, the company initially specialised in trading and brokering activities between Germany and Korea. In the face of fierce competition, the founders soon found themselves forced to try unconventional and courageous strategies; including selling nothing short of visions to world-famous brands; visions how to open up entirely new potential together. Over time, the current business areas were integrated into the group, and divided into individual operative companies.
Along with a series of investments, all companies of the ConcepZion group are united under the holding and investment company 4J Concept GmbH.
True to the motto “wealth is recognised more in usage than in ownership”, the group of companies has reinvested the vast majority of profits in new projects.

Team
Our team currently consists of more than 150 employees of various nationalities. They work in various locations, but are united in the satisfaction of customers and partners.
Just to portray a few:
Our Head of Retail is responsible for the department of the group with the most staff: retail. Already in her career she knows how to be responsible for a team of over one hundred employees. With us, more than 120 staff are subordinate to her, and they contribute significantly to the success of the group.
Our Area Manager North had already held various management positions with leading fashion labels before joining us. Together with his team of store managers, he successfully ensures that performance continually remains on the increase, frequently achieving top positions in the rankings.
Area Manager South has many years of management experience in the food industry, as well as the discount one. These help him to ensure the implementation of new projects even under time pressure, and to manage them with success.
B2B Sales & Logistic Manager
Our partners and major customers demand tailor-made solutions. Tens of thousands of shipments leave our warehouses every month. Together with his team, Logistic Manager maintains an overview of things and ensures that our customers are supplied.
